JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 19-12-2018 Mr. Satish Kumar Sinha, learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has taken away the brief from him quite sometime back and after that he has not been in contact.

2. From the records also, it transpires that no fresh power has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and further no counsel appeared when the matter was taken up today.

3. In view of the aforesaid, and also keeping in mind the fact that the application was filed in the year 2013, the Court finds that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter any further. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
