2. The Court is not inclined to enlage the petitioner on bail in the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. and this being the fourth attempt of the petitioner to seek bail when the order impugned clearly records that the trial has commenced and the prosecution witnesses are being examined.

3. However, the Court expects that the trial shall be concluded expeditiously and preferably within a period of seven months if possible.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed.
