Patna High Court CWJC No.14785 of 2017(13) dt.06-09-2021 2/2 as well as the Bihar Staff Selection Commission (in short 'BSSC') to fill up more than 7000 vacancies of Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) after advertisement within shortest period after inviting applications from all the eligible candidates as per Bihar Water Resources Department Subordinate Engineering (Civil) Cadre Recruitments 2015 hereinafter referred as to Rule 2015 forthwith. b. Also for any other relief/reliefs, for which petitioners are found entitled in the eye of law and in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

We find that with the passage of time the present petition has outlived its purpose. Steps for filling up of the vacancies, as pointed out in para 7 of the petition stands taken by the authorities.

As such, we close the present petition, reserving liberty to any one of the public spirited persons to approach the Court highlighting the grievances, if any, with regard to issues, subject-matter of the present petition.

Petition stands dismissed.
