2. The present application has been preferred: for restoration of Miscellaneous M.J.C. No. 587/2024 which is got dismissed on 05.09.2024 for non-compliance of order dated 22.08.2024 passed in M.J.C. No.

587/2024 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy by which two weeks time was granted for removing the defects as pointed out by the office.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph 5 and 6 of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3357 of 2024(3) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 petition, the M.J.C. No. 587 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 200/- as undertaken by the learned counsel for the petitioner to be deposited with the Patna High Court legal Services Committee.

4. The M.J.C. No. 587 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
