Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and thereafter his confessional statement has been recoded by the police.
Submission is that only aforesaid is material against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is strong circumstance against the petitioner as the petitioner had talked with the deceased
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2713 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 on mobile phone for a long period and thereafter the victim had left the house.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkaulia/Raghunathpur Police Station Case No. 614 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
