2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 15 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of torturing his wife and driven out, from her matrimonial house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2023. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

No.74884 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Mahila P.S.Case No. 15 of 2016.
