JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 309 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the allegation that the petitioners along with others being variously armed attacked upon the police party which raided the premises where illicit liquor was stored, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11671 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
