Petitioner is in custody in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 546 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 20 liters of country made wine was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.8.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62064 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Katihar, in connection with Katihar (Nagar) P.S.
