Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are father and relation of the husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same as well as of commission of dowry death. Husband is already in custody. Marriage was solemnized in the year 2010.

Submission is of false implication on the basis of suspicion.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20626 of 2018 (2) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Udwant Nagar Police Station Case No. 352 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
