Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2017. He was apprehended on suspicion that the petitioner and co-accused was in possession of a stolen motorcycle.

Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Town Police Station Case No. 537 of 2017, subject to the condition that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5291 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
