2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, co-accused Bablu Kumar Yadav tried to get release the seized truck from police station on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. Petitioner is owner of the seized truck in question.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. On perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that it was co-accused Bablu Kumar Yadav who tried to get release the truck from police station. As a matter of fact, petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be owner of the truck. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira Nagra P. S. Case No. 10 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
