2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 241 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of looting money from the informant who had withdrawn the same from the bank. The petitioner is a member of Korha gang who are engaged in these kind of crimes.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2021 and has four criminal antecedents in similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The District Judge, Buxar is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases in one court pending against the petitioner.

9. The Superintendent of Police, Buxar is also directed to cooperate in the disposal of the trial and sent a report of the trial within six months as directed by this Court.

10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to District Judge, Buxar and Superintendent of Police, Buxar for its forthwith compliance.
