1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354B, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that the informant had gone to ease herself and at that time, the accused persons arrived there and attempted to take her to a secluded place, on alarm being made, the accused persons left her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the regular bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Session Judge VII-Cum-Special Judge POCSO Patna in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 231 of 2023,

7. The application stands allowed.
