The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and from perusal of the supplementary affidavit, it appears that the alleged place/land does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail,
