2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2017 in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 321 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of a motor-cycle, said to be stolen property, from his hut. It is submitted that as a matter of fact, the motor-cycle belonged to the brother-in-law of the petitioner Ram Bharosh Sah, who had purchased the same from accused Radha Mohan Rai for Rs. 6000/- but however there was no paper in respect of purchase of the motor-cycle. The petitioner claims clean antecedents

Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the fact that the motor-cycle in question is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner and no paper in respect of purchase of the motor-cycle by his brother-in-law was produced, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2045 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
