Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with lathi.

Co-accused Gopal Singh, having identical allegation, has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.07.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20187 of 2013.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2698 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khaira Police Station Case No. 21 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
