The petitioner has challenged the notice dated 08.08.2023 issued under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

In the opinion of this Court, this writ petition is filed prematurely. The petitioner is given liberty to file his show-cause reply before the Circle Officer, Ramgarh, DistrictKaimur at Bhabhua. Thereafter, the Circle Officer will proceed with the matter in accordance with law and decide the same after hearing all the parties concerned. Till the decision is taken by the Circle Officer, the possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed.
