2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Case of the complainant, as per complaint petition, is that she was married with co-accused Shiv Shankar Singh in the year 2008 as per Hindu rites and thereafter, she went to her matrimonial house. She was blessed with a girl child and her husband joined service in CRPF. It is alleged that thereafter, all the accused persons inflicted cruelty upon the complainant for bringing insufficient dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant and she is simply victim of over-implication. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus. He further submits that marriage of the complainant was solemnized in the year 2008 and complaint case has been lodged in the year 2021 i.e., after lapse of 13 years which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and delay, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 319 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the
