Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
The petitioners are in custody since 18.10.2017. Allegation is that 13 quintals of rice was recovered from pickup van.
Considering the nature of allegation and the statement of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
