2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The motorcycle of the informant was stolen by some unknown person, leading to registration of the present F.I.R.

4. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation and stolen motorcycle of informant was recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of
