The petitioner is husband in a case registered under Section 304(B)/34 of I.P.C.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner, particularly, because the death has occurred within a period of seven years from the marriage. The prayer for regular bail is, accordingly, rejected.

The trial of the case may be expedited on day to day basis so as to conclude at the earliest.
