Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR is specific that co-accusedRadheshyam Choudhary had caused firearm injury and death of the victim. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettriah Muffasil Police Station Case No.136 of 2018, subject to the condition
