2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners that inadvertently by mistake the addresses of the petitioner Nos. 1 & 3 have been wrongly typed as "Resident of village- Barandi, P.S.- Rahui, District- Nalanda. At present

Patna High Court MJC No.3223 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 residing at Chandra Bihar Colony P.S.-Rajiv Nagar, DistrictPatna" in place of "Nepali Nagar, 90 Feet Road, Near Kalimandir, P.S.-Rajeev Nagar, District-Patna" and the address of the petitioner No. 2 has wrongly been typed as "Resident of Jila Parshad Dakbanglow, Near D.D. Awas, District- Chapra, Bihar At present residing at Chandra Bihar Colony P.S- Rajiv Nagar, District-Patna" in place of "Nepali Nagar, 90 Feet Road, Near Kalimandir, P.S.- Rajeev Nagar, District-Patna".

3. Having regard to the same, the present MJC stands allowed. Let the addresses of all the three petitioners in the cause title of the order dated 21.08.2025 passed in CWJC No. 11802 of 2025 be read as "Nepali Nagar, 90 Feet Road, Near Kalimandir, P.S- Rajeev Nagar, District-Patna" in place of their respective addresses.
