The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 633 of 2019 arising out of Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of the co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62284 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case NO. 633 of 2019 arising out of Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
