2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail from this Court as earlier his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 10.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62915 of 2021.

3. Perusal of record shows on the last date of hearing on the basis of report dated 10.03.2024 of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya it has been noticed that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. However, the matter was kept pending at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the prosecution has closed its evidence, the matter may be disposed of as the trial is at the verge of its conclusion.

5. Since the trial is at the fag end, this Court expects that the trial would be concluded at the earliest.

6. Under the circumstances, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sherghati, Gaya is directed to proceed on urgent basis in the matter and conclude the trial of Sessions Trial No. 217 of 2023/290 of 2023, arising out of Barachati P.S. Case No. 783 of 2020 within a month.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
