The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jokihat P.S.Case No. 18 of 2018 registered under Sections 379/34 of the Indian penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR and only on the basis of recovery of battery from the house of the petitioner, he has been implicated in this case but the identification of the battery that is of the informant, has not been done during investigation though battery is of the petitioner. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Md. Pappu, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
