From the pleadings and materials on record, learned counsel for the University submitted that today the remaining due amount of the petitioner has been credited into her account, in support of which copy of request made by the University to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, B.U. Campus Branch, Muzaffarpur dated 06.11.2019 under the signature of the Registrar of the University has been produced. The same is kept on record.

In view of copy of the same having been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he fairly submitted that the same indicates that necessary orders have been passed and, thus, the order of the Court dated 22.04.2010 passed in CWJC No. 7028 of 2010 stands complied with. However, he submitted that on 17.10.2019 the petitioner has passed away.

3. Be that as it may, as the amount has been credited into her account and there being already a person nominated in the account, it shall be open to the heirs to withdraw the same in accordance with law.
