Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have caused firearm injury on the informant on non-vital party of the body. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after completion of 8 months of custody whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Nagar Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8319 of 2018 (3) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 Station Case No. 600 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
