2. As per Clause 24 of the agreement between the parties, there is an arbitration clause and the parties have agreed to go for arbitration in the nature of dispute.

3. This court has suggested that the arbitration may be done by a retired District and Sessions Judge Mr. Dinesh Kumar Sharma, both the parties have agreed.

4. Learned counsel for the Biarh State Housing Board, Mr. Pawan Kumar has agreed for arbitration by a retired District and Sessions Judge Mr. Dinesh Kumar Sharma, on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14331 of 2017(7) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 instruction from the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board.

8. The Arbitration proceeding will proceed as per the Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 1996.
