The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.401 of 2017, a case under Sections 353/313/314/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main allegation is due to occurrence of accident with the motorcycle of the informant, who is a policeman.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with
