JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2026 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.09.2023 passed in CWJC No.1203 of 2023, the Secretary, Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 03.01.2025 rejecting the case of the petitioners for grant of J.P. Samman Pension, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 03.01.2025 by taking recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
