2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025 dated 16.06.2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64, 89 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that she being aware of illicit relation was involved in the abortion of the informant and she also helped the co-accused in fleeing away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is submitted that the main allegation is against co-accused, namely, Sajan Kumar @ Prince Kumar, who is a minor boy and he is presently in Child Care Home, Nawada since 17.06.2025.It is submitted that the petitioner happens to be grandmother of the said co-accused. It is also submitted that the informant is a major girl aged about 19 years, which is revealed from her B.S.E.B. marksheet and her date of birth has been mentioned as 04.01.2006. Lastly, it has been submitted that he has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Nawada,
