JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has once again renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail for the offences alleged under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 198 of 2007 which was earlier rejected by order dated 23.12.2008 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51228 of 2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties have compromised the case and good relations have been restored between the parties.

It is fact that earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected on 23.12.2018 and the petitioner was absconder for eleven years. Thereafter he filed second anticipatory which is not maintainable.
