This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Aurangabad Excise P.S. Case No.579 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

There is recovery of 12 Kgs. of ganja. The petitioner is said to be the owner of the said ganja. He is in custody since 22.07.2023.

Considering the quantum of recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Hence, this regular bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
