The petitioner is accused in connection with Excise Case No. 65c2 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 24 bottles each containing 750 ML and 188 bottles each containing 375 ML Indian made foreign liquor to the cattle shade of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, alleged country made liquor was recovered from the cattle shade of the petitioner, which is in dilapidated condition and he has no knowledge about the illicit liquor kept in the cattle shade. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with Excise Case No. 65c2 of 2018.
