2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act later on added vide order dated 21.01.2025.
3. It is a case of dowry death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Dewar of the deceased and the thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. As a matter of fact, deceased committed suicide. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.08.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge, VIIth, Siwan in connection with Basantpur (L.N.G.)
