The petitioner is in custody in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 447 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 19 years. The allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019. Considering the age of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
