Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Though allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with farsa at the head, the Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Banka Police Station Case No. 153 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall
