Petitioner seeks regular bail in Baunsi P.S. Case No.109 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the I.P.C. The informant in his written statement has alleged that on 06.06.2017 he had gone to the market by his Apache motor cycle to buy some clothes and parked his bike in front of the Bajaj Store and entered into the shop and when he came out of the shop he found his motor cycle missing.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not been named in the F.I.R.. His name has come in this case in course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2277 of 2018 (3) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 -accused, namely, Ravi Kumar Roy in Banka P.S.Case No.383 of 2017. He is in custody since 10.10.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Banka, in Baunsi P.S.Case No.109 of 2017.
