Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these writ applications may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move before an appropriate Forum under the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 within a period of four weeks and if any application filed within the aforesaid period, the respondent No.1 shall dispose of the application of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.
