2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a),32(i)&(iii), 41(i)&(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 7.920 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from a TVS Apache Motorcycle bearing registration no.UP61Y-0506.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery and the said motorcycle not the owner of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No.II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Excise P.S.
