Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Alamgir Khan, who has already been allowed bail, by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5302 of 2017. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mehsi Police Station Case No. 134 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
