2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(2), 111 and 61(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be involved in cheating.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is a female, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025.
