2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by a judgment of Full Bench of this Court passed in L.P.A. No. 748 of 2022 dated 20.03.2024.

3. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf

Patna High Court CWJC No.15225 of 2023(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 6 along with all supporting documents and a copy of order dated 20.03.2024 of L.P.A. No. 748 of 2022 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no. 6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 6 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
