JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Alam Nagar P.S.Case No. 28 of 2016, registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in brief is that the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased after killing his wife, threw away the dead body in the maize field.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been apprehended in this case and he is in custody since 08.06.2017, wherein learned counsel for the informant submits that she was killed by strangulation and also sign of assault over the dead body

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4316 of 2018 (5) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 was found and the petitioner is the husband.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the Court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the trial expeditiously.
