The respondents be directed to consider that petitioner has been on leave on loss of pay from 01.11.2017 till disposal of the writ petition.

(ii). The respondents be directed to cancel invalid/impugned resignation.

iii. Respondents be directed to reinstate the petitioner on the post of law officer scale 2."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
