Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Specific allegation is against co-accused Sujeet Kumar Ram, with whom petitioner has no concern. Moreover, the victim is major and she might have left her house on her own will.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62203 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
