2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73124 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against them, who happen to be the in-laws of the deceased. Moreover, petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Majhauliya Police Station Case No. 400 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
