Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Ten persons were apprehended from a Bolero vehicle on suspicion that they were making preparation to commit dacoity. From possession of the petitioner only two mobile phones were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
