JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.1.2018, seeks bail in Andhramath PS Case No. 8 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that three FIR named accused persons were stopped by the police while going on a motorcycle, no paper was produced, later on during investigation it was found that the motorbike was registered in the name of Sobha Kumari in the district of Supaul, the chassis number and engine number were also found different from the registered motorcycle. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, it is said that all the three were in possession of the motorcycle and one Manor has got criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts, circumstances and recovery of stolen motorcycle the prayer for bail of the petitioner is presently rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
